They offer a wide variety of services including massages. The stylists all do excellent work. I have very thick hair, not many places are able to do an updo in my hair that will stay in place. Salon 22 stylists are able to do this for me. I am getting married in a few months & I know that any of the stylists will make me look beautiful for my wedding."

That hairdresser has since returned to her previous employer but I liked the salon so much I stayed there. They listen to me. I have very curley hair which can be hard to manage, but for the first time in my life I can manage it on my own because of the cuts they do and the products they sell. Thanks to Tracy!!! The staff is great and friendly too. The scalp massages I get with my shampoos are awesome."

I have moved away during that time, but am still sure to see her when I am in town. Everyone I know from the area goes to Chris, I've made sure of it. They all love her just like I do! I am so happy she is now working at Salon Twenty Two. It is so much more of an enjoyable, relaxing, comfortable environment. Chris is always up to date on the latest everything. Not only will she suggest a new color placement or adjustment a cut, but she really seems to have an eye for beauty. I have had by hair done by the best in NYC, Boston, and DC. Chris is every bit as knowledgeable, sophisticated, talented, and professional as any of those places. Everytime I talk to her she is excited about new education, whether she's going to NYC or just got back. I was very nervous about switching to Redken Color line. Chris had used L'oreal forever on me, and I was nervous about how my hair would feel. I have to say, I like it better! My hair is no longer flat for a week after I get it colored, and it's really shiny. I love the Pureology line for my at home products. My advice, sit in her chair, and tell her to do her thing. Shut your eyes, like on What Not to Wear. You won't be disappointed...in fact, you'll never have looked more beautiful!"

It is tastefully decorated, well organized and cozy. Instead of a big expanse of space with rows of stylists, the salon offers several separate areas for a more intimate experience. My 4 year old daughter loved the leather couch and candy bowls throughout the salon.6 weeks ago, I had a cut, color and highlight done with Chris. She took the time to find out what I wanted to achieve with my style. She asked direct and important questions about how much time I wanted to spend styling my hair and what types of products I used. After listening to my questions and concerns, she explained each step and why/how she was doing certain things. Even as she styled my hair, she told me about each product and how they would help me maintain my color/style at home.My haircut and color looks as good today as it did the day I left the salon. I can't wait to go back to Chris at Salon Twenty Two!"

Heather has been keeping my hair it’s “natural” color for over 8 years (thanks to very premature gray). I brought my complicated formula with me when I moved to the area from Texas and Heather had to make special arrangements to get the line of color I used since my previous salon would not carry it. She’s a talented stylist that I value more than she knows. She’s the only one I will let touch my husband’s hair too since he has a tendency to let others scalp him. She helps me keep him in line! We are both impressed with Salon 22 including the owner and her very talented staff. I would highly recommend this salon."

My new favorite joint to get my do done up proper. Noticed my gorgeous flowing locks were getting a little long and I needed to get something done about it. Usually, I hit a place by work. But today, I worked out of the home. So, I needed a place closer. Fortunately, being the social butterfly that I am, a friend told me to check this place out. It's only about 10 min. down the road and they were able to accommodate me on short notice. Now you have to realize something. I'm a bit fussy with who I let touch my head (either one...you guys are so dirty..) so I don't do change well. My usual joint offers me a beer upon arrival and treats me like a king while I'm getting my cut on. Guess what. They do the same here. After I declined the offer for a tasty beverage (which is rare if you know me) it was off to get my hair all washed up and clean. Next I was whisked off to the stylist chair where I got clippers on the sides, scissors on the top and a little texturing shears to complete the package. The stylist (Chris, highly recommended if you go) also trimmed up the unibrow for me which I've never had done (or offered for that matter). Another rinse, a quick style, and my sexy self was on my way. And, get this, WAAAY cheaper than what I am accustomed too. So, I got the exact same cut and style with exceptional service all for an incredibly reasonable price. Definitely getting my trims done here from now on. If you need a new do or are just looking for a new stylist way out here in the burbs, I would highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!!
